FAQ
Where/How to register?
You can click on “Register”.
Enter the required information and your mailing address, select a distance category, confirm the details of your order and finally, complete the payment via the options available to you. Now, you’re registered and ready to go!
How to submit my run?
Go to your “My Account” and Log in with your details. Username refers to the email address used during registration and Password refers to the registration ID reflected in your order confirmation slip.
Click “Submit My Result”, fill in the information needed in the form and click ‘Submit’.
Can I run before the running period?
No, you are required to run and submit your results within the race period stated only. We are unable to accept early or late submissions.
Can I join more than one category and use the same results screenshots?
Yes. You can join as many categories as you wish. You can use the same results screenshots as long as it satisfies the result criteria and is within the event period.
What are the approved GPS running app?
Any running apps, running gadgets, smartwatches and indoor treadmills can be used if the screenshot of your result can capture the date, distance and timing of your activity. E.g: Nike+ Run Club, Strava, Garmin Connect, MapMyRun, Runkeeper, Endomondo, Runtastic and others.
